No. I do not work this way.

What do you do?

I offer leadership, management and fundraising consulting and coaching. I give you tools, advice, strategy and guidance to raise more money, make more money as a nonprofit leader, and build a rockstar board.

How to you get results?

With 30+ years of experience, I know what works and what doesn’t. I focus on the fundamentals, not fads. I cut through the BS and give people a shortcut to success without cutting corners. I use instruction, curriculum, coaching, consulting, training, and tools to guide you to success in your organization or your own leadership.

Are you a certified coach?

I have not been certified by a credentialing organization. I have 33 years of experience running in and leading (and succeeding) nonprofit organizations. Certifications may lead some coaches to only use one approach with you, and I prefer to tailor my approach to your needs. Certifications do not make better coaches. They are just one approach. What is the return on investment?

No consultant for your nonprofit can guarantee you a certain amount of money. Be careful of any who do. I can promise you that if you are serious about implementing what I teach, you will see results. If your board and staff are resistant, you will not see results. I help leaders develop the mindset, toolset, and skillset to be successful.
